Get involved in NDSU SWE

There are a lot of great ways to get involved in NDSU SWE. To get involved or get more information, contact the chair in-charge of what you are interested in. If you don't want to join a committee, feel free to have fun at any of our events. You can earn points by attending events and those points go towards scholarships and personal conference funding!

Funding for Local Conference:   
  • 16 points by December Dead Week 
  • 8 fundraising points
  • 4 outreach points
  • 1 Membership point
Funding for National Conference:  
  • 32 points by May Dead Week 
  • 16 fundraising points
  • 8 outreach points
  • 2 Membership points
Qualify to apply for NDSU SWE Scholarships:
  •  25 points by April 1st

Banquet Committee

Banquet committee is elected in December. The NDSU SWE Banquet is in late April. 

The committee works on decorations, food, location, senior gifts, special guests, door prizes, invitations, and more in order to make the banquet amazing. 

This committee can be comprised of 1-6 members of any year! It's a great way to get involved in SWE!
